| NEO·GEO Club. While its 18-volume + 2-bonus-issues run roughly coincides with the debut of NGF they don't serve as two parts in a series, because it's part of another 3-part series: NEO·GEO Club -> NEO·GEO Dengon Ban -> SNK Supporters Club Bulletin/Times. The memory card item was an advertisement non-exclusive to NGC, but also included in the fanmail envelopes. Based on vol. 5 having a 3-month calendar I am guessing that it was a quarterly periodical. This was a fanclub-type publication direct from SNK chockful of NG info, but obviously had more than one distribution channel: either folded to fit in tiny envelopes mailed to fans, or distributed to vendors and/or at trade shows to fans and vendors alike (check out my old copy of vol. 5 -unfolded). |
